Do you replace my engineering team?
No. We’re a partner, not a substitute. For technical teams, we act as senior support on architecture, systems design, and tricky refactors. For non‑technical teams, we provide the technical ownership you don’t have in‑house.
Can you work with our existing tools and vendors?
Yes. Often the right move is to better use and integrate the tools you already pay for, rather than introducing new ones. When new tools or custom builds are needed, we make the case with clear tradeoffs.
